Delivery & Returns

We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges unless your products are damaged or faulty. Items ordered incorrectly will not count as a valid reason for return.

If your products arrived damaged in transit, we will do our best to replace these for you.

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied due to a fault you may return the item(s) to us within seven days of delivery. Returns will take approximately 7-14 working days to process from the date we have received the returned item(s). Returned item(s) must be in the original packaging including relevant documentation and instructions, and in unused condition.

We only accept exchanges if the item is damaged or faulty and returned within 7 days of purchase with order number.

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for Bath Salts, Bath Bombs, Soaps, Shower Sponges, or any other cosmetics (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be replaced).
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.

If you do not receive your products ordered. Please contact us and let us know straight away. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact MerakiScents within 24 hours of receiving the item, this will be given urgent priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours or a full refund.
